Fake Fakery of the Day: The tattoo artist whose shop appeared in a recent viral video that features a woman allegedly getting all 152 of her Facebook friends tattooed on her arm confessed to De Telegraaf that the whole thing was a hoax intended to promote a company that makes gifts using Facebook profile photos.
“It is a try-out tattoo, a transfer, that washes off in a couple of days,” Dex Moelker told the Dutch daily. It apparently took just a couple of hours to apply the transfer.
